Warranty

5 Year Warranty: Our Amish Furniture is built to last generations – to be handed down from you to your children to your children’s children. That is why we at The AMISH Connection back our furniture with a 5-year warranty, which covers defects in both workmanship and material. You will receive the following written warranty with every furniture purchase you make at The AMISH Connection.

The AMISH Connection, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser the manufacture of all its wood furniture to be free from defect in workmanship and material for a period of five (5) years following the date of receipt of the product. Proof of purchase, in the form of the original sales invoice, will be required to obtain service. This warranty includes normal household use and service, and does not cover damages that result from exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, neglect, alteration, abuse or misuse.

Should service under this warranty be necessary, the purchaser must return the product to The AMISH Connection. The obligation of The AMISH Connection under this warranty is limited, at the option of The AMISH Connection to the replacement or repair of the product (with one of equal type and quality if an exact replacement is not available) within ninety (90) days from the receipt of the product by The AMISH Connection.

The AMISH Connection will make repairs and replacement under this limited warranty at no charge to the purchaser. The purchaser shall pay all costs for delivery to and from the purchaser to The AMISH Connection.

Liability for consequential property or commercial damages is expressly excluded by this warranty.
THIS IS A LIMITED WARRANTY.

The AMISH Connection unpacks and details your order before delivery. Our goal is to have your purchase arrive in showroom condition. This goal can best be served with your help, in notifying The AMISH Connection by mail or phone within ten (10) days of receipt of the product, letting us know of any workmanship defects, scratches, or dents that require additional detailing. Please notify The AMISH Connection as soon as a workmanship defect is noticed.

This warranty does not apply to merchandise sold “as is”, upholstery, patio furniture, or non-furniture items sold in our store, which are not listed above. Damage caused by customer abuse or negligence is not covered. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that may vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
